리우는 녹말을 넣어 걸쭉하게 만든다는 뜻이고

싼은 3가지 재료를,

쓰는 가늘게 썰다라는 뜻이라고 합니다.





재료

유산슬 야채, 소스, 물 20ml



조리방법

1 먼저 야채에서 팽이버섯과 부추를 골라내서 따로 놓아주세요.

2 예열 된 팬에 식용유를 살짝 두르고 야채와 해물, 고기를 먼저 볶아주세요

3 재료가 잘 볶아진 팬에 물을 20ml 넣고 끓인 후, 소스를 붓고 끓여서 농도를 맞춰주세요.

4 끓기 시작하면 부추와 팽이를 넣고 잘 섞어서 불을 끄고 접시에 담아주세요.

TIP

우동 또는 에그누들과 함께 볶아서 즐기면 맛 2배

또 다른 별미 ! 사리곰탕면을 끓여서 유산슬을 고명으로 얹어드셔도 맛있어요.
